The SSLYBA (Sheffield-Sheffield Lake Youth Baseball Association) is dedicated to serving our community and investing in our youth by fostering character, promoting physical health, teaching teamwork, and developing future leaders. Youth sports provide invaluable life lessons, and your support helps make these experiences possible.

At SSLYBA, we strive to create equal opportunities for all children. By seeking local sponsorships and organizing fundraisers, we aim to improve our fields, upgrade equipment, and ensure every player has access to quality resources. As an independent, non-profit organization, we are not affiliated with or funded by any municipality or school system. Instead, we rely on the generosity of our members and sponsors to provide these opportunities.

We’re proud to maintain our own park, machinery, and equipment. This includes our new Adaptive League, which allows children with special needs to enjoy baseball using modified equipment and volunteer assistance. One of our key goals is to make at least one field fully handicap accessible—an essential step that requires significant funding.

Looking to the future, SSLYBA is committed to providing uniforms, three bats, and six batting helmets for every team. Beyond that, we hope to add lighting to our fields, allowing our young athletes to experience the thrill of playing under the lights.

Sponsorships are a great way for local businesses to show their support for youth in our community. In return, parents and spectators are likely to support those businesses, creating a win-win partnership that strengthens our community.

Since SSLYBA is a non-profit organization, all donations are tax-deductible. Together, we can ensure our youth have the tools, resources, and experiences they need to grow into strong leaders and contributors to our community.
